01. creating
Iâm an MCP maximalist, so this should come as no surpriseâReplitâs now the fastest place to build and deploy MCP servers.
Iâm excited about MCP on Replit, itâs is an exciting technology thatâs been gated to casual users by a lack of devex / infra.

02. learning
I normally reserve this section for tools, but I was out in Lisbon this week for Web Summitâmy biggest learning was just how hungry European startups are (super amazing to see!), but also at the disparity between the US and Europe for startup funding.
Itâs interesting to think about the market dynamics, incentives, and state of startups across the Bay and Europe. Moving to San Francisco was a turning point for my career⌠and an incredible privilege as an American.
I offer no solutions, only observations.
Ok fine, Iâll list one tool: Iâm adding GSAP to my blog⌠Itâs a super cool animation framework, sponsored by Webflow. Hereâs an early look!

03. thinking
Eugène Delacroix said: âArtists who seek perfection in everything are those who cannot attain it in anything.â
Now, this is pretty crazy coming from someone who painted this:

Eugène Delacroix, The Barque of Dante, 1822, oil on canvas, 189 x 241 cm (MusÊe du Louvre, Paris)
But it goes to show that being a high performer, even being the best does not mean being a perfectionist⌠and thatâs remained true throughout history.
Becoming an amazing painter, just like becoming an amazing content creator, engineer, or leader, starts with doing the thing youâre so passionate about, then getting 1% better each day with your craft.
